摘要
Objective To separate and identify the chemical constituents of the extract from the Portulaca oleracea L.Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel SephadexLH-20 and ODS.The structures of these isolated compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data(1H-NMR,13C-NMR)and chemical properties.Results Eight compounds were isolated from Portulaca oleracea L.and their structures were identified as 1H-pyrrole-2,5-dicarboxylic acid(1),5-hydroxy-2-pyridinecarboxylic acid(2),oleracein B(3),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(4),friedelin(5),4α-methyl-3β-hydroxylfriedelan(6),lupeol(7)and cyclo(L-leucinyl-L-tyrosinyl)(8).Conclusions Compounds 1,2 and 8 are isolated from Portulaca for the first time.
