KCl induces a “slow-release effect” on PbI2 to strengthen the crystallization of perovskite and the reverse-bias stability of carbon-electrode-based solar cells

KCl induces a “slow-release effect” on PbI 2 , which improves PVSK crystallization and strengthens the reverse-bias stability of the hole-conductor-free CPSCs. Moreover, reverse-bias luminescence (RBL) behavior is newly released, with EQE of ∼5%.
