| 其它 | his research addresses a critical limitation of current vaccines—particularly for respiratory pathogens like influenza and COVID-19—by developing the Ad5-Envp-virus-like particles (VLP) platform, which uniquely enables in vivo self-assembly of protective VLPs and functions optimally as a single-dose nasal spray. Unlike injectable mRNA vaccines that fail to generate robust lung immunity, this intranasal approach triggers potent mucosal immune responses—including pathogen-blocking antibodies, T cells, and mucosal sIgA—delivering broad, durable protection against multiple influenza A strains. |
