Development of Magnetic Refrigerant Materials

The review on magnetic refrigerant materials at different temperature ranges is presented on the basis of Curie temperature T c and magnetocaloric effect (ΔS M or ΔT ad )in this paper.And the recent development of magnetic refrigerant materials with giant magnetocaloric effect such as GdSiGe alloys and perovskite-type compounds is given special attention here.
