Development path of the stock warrant market in China

In this paper,we first introduce some relevant concepts on the definition and classification of stock warrant,then simply expound the background and market overview of the warrant market in 1990s and analyze the reasons for its failure,and finaly we give six pieces of suggestions for the development of warrant market in China during the 21st century.
