Research on Time-fixed Effect of Rural Consumption——Based on Annual Panel-Data of Provinces

Based on the panel data model,with the panel-data unit root test,the panel-data co-integration model and the panel-data fixed effect model,This paper conducts the empirical analysis on the time-fixed effect of rural consumption from 1994 to 2006 year.In this paper.Keynes's consumption function is used as the basic theory.Firstly carries out the study of time-fixed effect of document supporting agriculture to the rural consumption,and the result indicates that taking 2004 as the critical point,obviously raise the rural income level and consumption level;the rural policy improves rural MPC and APC sharply from 2004 year.Comparing with years 2004,2005,2006,the policy supporting agriculture at 2006 promotes and expends to the rural consumption largest.So,document supporting agriculture has had the effect on rural consumption from income and consumption,beneficial to improving Chinese economic growth pattern.
