Radical Scavenging Activity of Three Kinds of Grape in Baotou,Inner Mongolia

[Objective] The research aimed to study radical scavenging activity of grape in Baotou.[Method] The radical scavenging activity including ·OH and O2· and reducing power of three kinds of rape in Baotou were studied by spectrophotometry.[Result] All the kinds of grape had various radical scavenging activities and reducing powers.Longyan had the highest activities of scavenging O2· radicals.Manai had the highest reducing power.All kinds of grape had higher activities of scavenging ·OH.[Conclusion] Longyan and Manai had higher radical scavenging activity than Hongti.
