1. Abdominal fat deposition (AFD) is regulated by multiple intestinal tissues, and changes in the function of intestinal tissues are associated with AFD. Currently, integration of transcriptomic data across multiple intestinal tissues to explore excessive AFD has rarely been reported in broilers.
