Marketization of Property Rights and Industrialization in Gansu:a New Analytical View

Industrialization is the biggest issue which Gansu province is facing at present.It is a fundamental condition for optimizing industrial structure to realize the reconstruction of stock of source and to introduce newinvestmentby means of marketization of property rights in Gansu.Itplays an important role that cannot be substituted and weakened in the process of industrialization in Gansu.The article briefly reviews the process of industrialization in Gansu from prospect of property rights and thinks back to the mayor problems Gansu is facing.Marketization of property rights is the most important stimulative measure and the propulsive core in Gansu to impel industrialization continuously.Marketization of property rights can fit for the needs of deep development of economics in Gansu.It is the key problem to realize industrialization successfully in Gansu by promoting the optimization and reconstruction stock of factors and replenishment of additional ones.
