Research Progress on Magnetic Random Access Memory

This paper analyzes the advantages of magnetic random access memories(MRAM)over other random access memories.Meanwhile,many kinds of problems that appear in the development of MRAM and the solutions to them are brought forward.In the future,MRAM should not only memorize data but also process them.
