Determination of Matrine and Oxymatrine Contents in the Wang-laga-3 Decoction

Objective:The Matrine and Oxymatrine contents were determined in here.Method:Colorimetric estimation;As a result that the Matrine content was 0.0126mg/g,RSD=1.11% and the Oxymatrine content was 0.0868mg/g,RSD=0.38%;Conclusion:This method is simple and convenient,steady and better reappearance and the recovery rates of Matrine and Oxymatrine were individual 96.98% and 95.44%.
