摘要
The influence of phosphate ZP in the melting and crystallization behavior of PBT in the glass fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate/polycarbonate(PBT/PC)alloys using two cycles of differential thermometry scanning were examined in this article,as well as in the glass fiber reinforced PBT/PC alloys flame retarded with brominated epoxy or bromianted plolycarbonate,in order to indirectly evaluate the inhibition effect of ZP on the transesterification between PBT and PC.Results showed ZP could effectively inhibit the transesterification between PBT and PC in the glass fiber reinforced PBT/PC alloys.Brominated epoxy could greatly inhibit the transesterification between PBT and PC in the glass fiber reinforced and flame retardant PBT/PC alloys, while the incorporation of ZP into this system resulted no further inhibition of the transesterification between PBT and PC.The transesterification between PBT and PC could effectively inhibited in the glass fiber reinforced PBT/PC alloys flame retarded with brominated polycarbonate when the dosage of ZP was 1%.
