A Chopper Amplifier with Low Offset and Low Noise for Temperature Controllers

For high precision integrated temperature controllers, the low frequency noise and offset voltage will affect the accuracy. The chopper stabilization technology can eliminate the offset and 1/f noise through modulation, transfer and filtering signal processing technology. In general, these technologies require a sacrifice of power consumption and area. This work is based on BCD 250nm process, and this paper introduce a chopper amplifier with low offset and low noise, the simulation results show that it has 9. 6uA, 0.23mm ² consumption, 13.7 nV$\sqrt{}$Hz input noise density, and < 2.5uv offset voltage.
