Determination of Thirteen Amino Acids and Taurine by HPLC with Pre-column Derivatization

A HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of thirteen amino acids and taurine by HPLC with pre-column derivatization by OPA-FMOC.A C18 column was used with gradient elution and online derivatization at the detection wavelength of 338/262nm.All calibration curves of thirteen amino acids and taurine were linear(r0.9992).The average recoveries were 99.2% -101.5%,with RSDs of 0.11% -0.92%.
