Impact of Surfactants on the Dispersity of Nano-WC in Composite Brush Plating Solution

The impact of anion surfactant SDS,cation surfactant PEI,non-ionic surfactant OP added in the composite brush plating bath on the dispersity of nano-WC is investigated.The results show that surfactants can effectively prevent particles in the bath from flocculation and aggregation,therefore have an obvious impact on the dispersity of the composite brush plating bath.When the mass concentration of cation surfactant PEI is 0.8 g/L and anion surfactant SDS is 0.2 g/L in the bath,nanometer WC will obtain the best dispersity.Non-ionic surfactant OP shows a worse effect on nanometer WC dispersity.
