The progress of extraction and isolation of Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharides

Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharides(RPS) is one of active components of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch,which is a traditional Chinese drug.RPS has many activities of improving hematopoiesis,immunomodulation,anti-axidation and antitumor,lowering blood sugar,This review focuses on the progress of extraction and isolation of Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharides,and offers the reference to study the mechanism and application of RPS.
