摘要
Densely sintered ceramics of silver niobate, AgNbO 3 (ANO), silver niobate tantalate, Ag(Nb 0.45 Ta 0.55 )O 3 (ANTO55), and Mn-doped ANTO55 were prepared as pure perovskite phase. Dielectric properties of ANO and ANTO55 are comparable to reported values, while the 0.25 mol% Mn-doped ANTO55 showed improved loss of 0.04% with lower permittivity of 350. Thin films of these compositions were prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) in order to investigate the effect of composition and deposition parameters on phase, microstructure, dielectric, and high-field energy storage properties. Thin films (~200nm) prepared from Mn-doped ANTO55 on Nb:STO showed ε r values ~77% of the bulk ceramic with loss of ~2 % at 100 kHz.
