Formation of the vesicles in mixed solution of alkyl sulfonate-alkyl quaternary ammonium salts

The single-cell vesicles were formed in aqueous mixtures of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide and alkyl sulfonate by using sonication. The effects of the concentrations, mixed ratio for two surfactants and the chain length of the alkyl sulfonate on the formed vesicles were investigated, respectively.
