摘要
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture with dilatational wave and electroacupuncture with continuous wave on tension-type headache.Methods:Eighty-four cases of tension-type headache were randomly divided into electroacupuncture with dilatational wave group and electroacupuncture with continuous wave group.Ashi acupoint,Wangu(GB12),Fengchi(GB20),Tianzhu(BL10),Shuaigu(GB8),Taiyang(EX-HN 5),Baihui(DU20),Yintang(EX-HN 3),Shangxing(DU23),Sishengcong(EX-HN1),Hegu(LI4),Neiguan(PC6) and Taichong(LR3) were selected.Electroacupuncture with dilatational wave group(n=46)adopted dilatational wave, while electroacupuncture with continuous wave group(n=38) adopted continuous wave. Results:The total effective rate of electroacupuncture with dilatational wave was significantly increased compared with electroacupuncture with continuous wave group(P0.05),and the degree of headache relief of electroacupuncture with dilatational wave was more than electroacupuncture with continuous wave group(P0.01).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture with dilatational wave increases the total effective rate and decreases the degree of headache. The therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture with dilatational wave is better than that of electroacupuncture with continuous wave.
