Rock-soil anchoring and prestressed steel

To introduce the basic concept,importance and development history of rock-soil anchoring technology.It is pointed out that rock-soil anchoring adopted prestressed anchoring rope has the advantage over traditional anchoring way which uses self strength or gravity to keep structure stable.The main applied field and function of rock-soil anchoring technology is introduced.The applied structure and sample of engineering such as side slope stability,deep foundation pit,anti-floating,anti-overturning,tunnel and underground chamber etc.are given out.The type of anchoring bar classified in different way is illustrated.The pattern and technical requirement of prestressed steel for anchoring are given out.The straightness and special requirement of surface quality of steel strand for anchoring bar is analyzed.By improving purity of raw material can keep wire rod high tensile strength and high toughness.By adopting appropriate production process,the prestressed steel can satisfy the lifetime and safety requirements of rock-soil anchoring engineering.
