摘要
The current research conceptualizes work-family enrichment as a self-determined experience and proposes a model where self-determination at work relates to work-family enrichment through organizational citizenship behavior. Further, moderated mediation is hypothesized such that self-determination at home is proposed to moderate the indirect relationship between self-determination at work and work-family enrichment through organizational citizenship behavior. The relationships are tested across two studies, a field study and an experimental vignette study. Multiple representations of self-determination and work-family enrichment are examined. Results are largely supportive of the hypothesized relationships.
