摘要
As a chronic infectious disease, tuberculosis (TB) is closely related to immune regulation and immune effect. Immunotherapy which can improve the curative effect of tuberculosis and control the spread of tuberculosis, is one of the important means for the comprehensive treatment of tuberculosis. From October 2022 to September 2023, research on the immunotherapy of tuberculosis at home and abroad continues to increase, providing new opportunities for the treatment of multidrug-resistant and extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis. Host-targeted therapy and therapeutic vaccines are new directions for research into TB adjuvant therapy.结核病作为一种慢性感染性疾病,与免疫调控及免疫效应密切相关。免疫治疗作为结核病综合治疗的重要手段之一,可改善结核病的疗效、控制结核病的传播。2022年10月至2023年9月,国内外进行了多项关于结核病的免疫治疗研究,对耐多药、广泛耐药结核的治疗提供了新的可能。宿主靶向治疗及治疗性疫苗的研究是结核病辅助治疗探索的新方向。.
