摘要
This study introduced CdAc2 into the CsPbI2Br perovskite precursor mixture, where Cd2+ and Ac- ions worked synergistically to passivate vacancies of Pb2+ and halogen ions within the perovskite lattice. The CdAc2-optimized carbon-based CsPbI2Br perovskite solar cells (PSCs) demonstrated an impressive power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.34%. Furthermore, the unencapsulated device maintained 95% of its initial PCE after 30 days under ambient conditions (15-20% relative humidity).
