摘要
Micro LED has shown a great potential for next generation of display owing to their fascinating optoelectronic characteristics and power efficient. In this paper, we investigated full-color Micro LED display through integrating three color RGB Micro LEDs to glass backplane. Utilizing IGZO-TFT as drive backplane realized an active matrix to drive pixel. Based on such architecture, a 4-inch, PPI=92, full-color display are successfully demonstrated, with over 100% NTSC color gamut.
