Mechanism and levels of cluster embeddedness

Embeddedness theory is a matter of considerable interest to cluster researchers,and researchers argue that embeddedness is one of the remarkable characters of industrial cluster.Based on current research of embeddedness theory,this paper firstly analyzes the phenomena,conception and research framework,mechanism of cluster embeddedness,and finally proposes an interacting cross-level understanding of cluster embeddedness.This paper takes the differentiation into various levels of embeddedness further by distinguishing among environmental embeddedness,network embeddedness,and dyadic embeddedness,and attempts to give a further research of embeddedness,giving the guidance of theory and practice for enterprises in cluster.
