The Influence of Additives on PVDF Membrance Manufacturing Operation

Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)ultrafiltration membrane was successfully prepared by means of phase inversion method,with PVDF as membrane material,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as additive,N,N-Dimethylacetamide(DMAc) as solvent.The effects of PVP-K90 on the casting solution viscosity were investigated.Tthermodynamic property of casting solution was analysed by cloud-point titration.And the effects of maturation time of casting solution on performance of membrane was discussed.
