3D printing technique has been well developed in the past decades and it has been successfully applied in the medical field. For example, 3D printed medical models for pre-surgical evaluation, 3D printed surgical templates for hard tissue resection, and 3D printed patient specific implant in titanium or polyether ether ketone (PEEK) material. This chapter first introduces different 3D printing techniques and then it provides a general overview about 3D printed scaffold in bone regeneration. The key factures, which may influence the bone regeneration, are introduced, for example, pore size, pore structure, and surface treatment.
