In the process of superfine grinding of superhard powder,the dramatic increase in amplitude vibration and exciting force in the system due to high vibration intensity leads to a series of problems and failure.To address such problems,this paper examines isolation vibration under the conditions of high vibration intensity and designs some vibration isolation springs so as to construct a double-mass vibrating system able to isolate vibration and a special spring connection means.Thus,vibration isolation springs can be optimized and such parameters as the system intensity and stiffness are guaranteed.The results show that the optimized springs which take necessary restriction factors into account is not only able to reduce the spring weight by 44 per cent,but also adapt to situation where superhard materials are ground by vibration mills of high vibration intensity.Accordingly,the problem of vibration isolation in vibration mills of high vibration intensity is effectively solved.
