Single-tube Experiment on CTV-VI Vinyl Acetate Catalyst

Analog experiment was conducted on CTV-VI vinyl acetate catalyst in single-tube plant to study the performance of catalyst under different processing conditions and find out the most appropriate processing conditions for CTV-VI catalyst.Result of assessment showed that at the air speed of 3500 h-1,the space-time yield of catalyst reached 15 t/(m3·d),and the reaction selectivity was up to over 94%.The physical properties and crystalline phase of the catalyst had no significant change before and after the experiment,which showed that the catalyst had good stability and was suitable for long-term operation.
