Synthesis and Antitumor Activities of the Diacid Solanesyl 5-Fluorouracil Esters Derivatives

Twelve diacid solanesyl tegafur esters were synthesized by the reaction of solanesol with four acid anhydrides and N-alkoxy-tegafur.Their chemical structures were confirmed by IR, 1 H NMR and MS techniques.The preliminary bioassay results show that the target compounds possess antitumor activities to some extent.
