摘要
• The vacuum ice-making system is divided into four parts, and the main points of each part are introduced in detail. • According to the vacuum maintenance method, the design method of the ice-making system is classified and introduced. • The thermodynamic properties of the triple point of droplets and the factors in the crystallization process are introduced. • The application of ice slurry is introduced, and its technological development and engineering application are prospected. Ice slurry is an excellent cold-carrying and storage medium and a safe, cheap and efficient heat exchange medium. Because of its uniqueness, it has good application prospects in many fields. As a special new type of ice slurry preparation method, the vacuum flash evaporation ice-making method has the advantages of high efficiency, simple equipment, and convenient operation. This article introduces the preparation methods and classification of ice slurry vacuum flash evaporation, including condensation, absorption, adsorption and so on, especially the crystallization characteristics of liquid droplets under a vacuum environment. Finally, the application status of ice slurry in various fields is introduced, and the future technical development and engineering application of vacuum flash ice-making technology have been prospected.
