摘要
Cu-ZK-5 catalyst can be successfully synthesized by using inorganic templates with low cost and organic templates with low toxicity, respectively. Based on this, this paper has conducted research on the small-pore ZK-5 zeolite (KFI topology) to explore its feasibility as a diesel vehicle SCR catalyst. The T90 and T50 of Cu-ZK-5 catalysts prepared by organic template were 180–550 ℃ and 145 ℃, respectively. Meanwhile, the Cu-ZK-5 (org.) possesses better hydrothermal stability and better SO2-resistance ability. The main reasons are that the Cu-ZK-5 (org.) had higher crystallinity, more surface acid sites and isolated Cu2+ species.
