British Association of Dermatologists and British Society for Rheumatology living guideline for managing people with Behçets 2025

The overall objective of this living guideline with a fixed-interval schedule is to provide up-to-date, evidence-based recommendations for the management of Behçets disease/syndrome in adults, children and young people. The literature will be reviewed at least every 6 months, with a living guideline updating cycle of 12 months. The current iteration aims to: (i) offer an appraisal of all relevant literature up to 23 May 2025 focusing on any key developments; (ii) address important, practical clinical questions relating to the primary guideline objective; and (iii) provide guideline recommendations and appropriate research recommendations.
