摘要
Industrial systems are sociotechnical systems in which performance results from the interaction between technical, organizational, and human dimensions. This systematic review examines the literature addressing the integration of cognitive and organizational human factors into the evaluation of industrial system performance. The objective is to identify, analyze, and synthesize existing methodological approaches, models, and frameworks, and to determine — based on the findings — whether existing approaches are sufficiently structured or whether limitations justify the development of a new methodological framework.
