The Application of Microwave Digestion Method in the Determination of Residual Amount of Heavy Metal of Food

Microwave digestion technology and ashing method are used to deal with candied fruit samples,flame atomic absorption spectrometry is used to determinate copper content of samples,the test results showed that relative error between results of samples treat-ed with microwave digestion method and that of ashing method was 1.94%,recovery of standard addition was 90.2% ～ 101.7%,and rela-tive standard deviation was 4.0%,its precision and accuracy accorded with the demands of analysis.
