Fast dynamic modeling of magnetic micro-actuator

Abstract The main topic of this work is the fast calculation of all interactions affecting a mobile magnet. The authors explore a method which uses equivalent virtual magnetic charges on the surfaces of the magnet. Obtained forces are used to find out the dynamic behavior of the system—3D translations of the actuator. Some dynamic translation simulations and corresponding measures are shown in the article.
