Manufacture and Properties of Polyurethane Modified Micro-hole Film

PVC membrane has a strong repulsion for carbohydrate compounds,but its hydrophilicity is poor.The hydrophilicity of polyurethane is strong.Hence we research the blend membrane of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) and polyurethane(PU) in this paper.The preparation and performance of PVC/PU blend ultrafiltration membranes has been discussed.The experimental results show that the 8 / 2 PVC / PU blend membranes with a concentration of 16% for casting solution can obtain a nice water flux and retention rate porous membrane.
