Research on the Relationship between Organizational Support, Organizational Identification and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

We collected 161 valid questionnaires from Jinyu Group subsidiary in Shanghai and Guiyang. Data analysis showed that: ① organizational support positively influence organizational identification; ②organizational support positively influence OCB; ③organizational identification positively influence OCB; ④ organizational identification mediates the influence of organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. These findings provide empirical support for domestic Medical monitoring enterprises' staff management and improving organizational citizenship behavior.
