Most part of unfavorable outcomes at gestosis is associated with placental insufficiency. The analysis of a pregnancy period and delivery of 126 women with a placental insufficiency was made. The first group constituted 65 pregnant women with a gestosis and a placental insufficiency, the second group 61 pregnant women with placental insufficiency without a gestosis, the group of comparison was formed by 32 pregnant women without placental insufficiency. The research showed hemodynamic changes in the mother-placenta-fetus system of pregnant women with gestosis that proved to be true by the the high percentage of subcompensated placental insufficiency in this group. Perinatal outcomes at women with a gestosis and placental insufficiency are characterized by the high frequency of premature births, including a preschedule abortion by the Cesarean section operation. The degree change of catecholamins production by labrocytes of a placental tissue testifies of their high activity in the development of agestosis and placental failure. Key words: the arterial hypertensia, a gestosis, a uteroplacental circulation, a placental insufficiency, catecholamins.
