[Chinese guideline for cataract surgery in adults (2023)].

Cataract is the leading cause of blindness worldwide. In recent years, the annual amount of adult cataract surgery is increasing rapidly. In order to promote the standardization of adult cataract surgery in our country, in accordance with the guiding principles and standards of clinical practice and the existing evidence-based data and expert consensus, Chinese Cataract and Refractive Surgery Society has developed the first clinical guideline in China specifically addressing the surgical treatment of adult cataracts. This guideline focuses on the major clinical issues encountered in adult cataract surgery and aims to provide guidance and reference for ophthalmologists in their clinical practice.白内障是全球首位致盲性眼病，近年来我国成人白内障摘除手术量逐年增加。为促进我国成人白内障摘除手术规范化和标准化，中华医学会眼科学分会白内障及屈光手术学组按照临床诊疗指南制订的指导原则和标准，基于现有循证依据和专家共识性意见，针对成人白内障摘除手术中的主要临床问题，形成我国首部成人白内障摘除手术相关临床指南，以期为眼科医师的临床工作提供指导和参考。.
