Toxicokinetics,distribution and excretion of fumalin in rats

Toxicokinetics study of fumalin was performed with ^14C labeled compound.It showed that the data were fitted to a two-compartment model.Radioactivity distribution in organs and tissues and its excretion in urine and feces were observed.The parent compound excretion was also determined by HPLC method.
