Career management is a new concept and model of management which appears when human society developed into a certain stage.It is necessary to apply career management in high vocational colleges,it enables teacher to achieve this own value while making contribution to the development of his college.The main tasks of career management in colleges are: Changing the made of thinking,setting the concept of career management,helping teachers set the goal of their career development and paying attention to the continuing education of teachers.
