Preparation of Ag_3BiO_x and its electrochemical behaviors in alkaline electrolytes

Ag3BiOx powder was prepared by a chemical co-precipitation method and characterized by SEM and XRD techniques.The electrochemical behaviors of Ag3BiOx electrodes were studied by means of galvanostatic discharge and linear sweep voltammetry experiments.The results indicate that the specific capacity of Ag3BiOx can reach 342 mAh/g.The mechanism for this electrode was also tested and discussed by linear sweep voltammetry.
