摘要
We have observed a resistivity anomaly in the vicinity of the Néel temperature TN of Fex 0 where 0.99≤x≤1.00. The critical exponents of the temperature derivative of the resistivity were found to be 0.4±0.1, both above and below T, this in accord with the theory of critical Spin fluctuations. The present results have also enabled an estimation of the holes mobility μ in the present material. The values obtainedO 5 ≤ μO ≤10 cm2 /V sec, provide new evidence for band type conduction in the transition metal monoxides.
