Design on New Scraper of Circle Chain Scrape Conveyor

The paper firstly introduced the cause of the floated chain occurred in the double side circle chain scraper conveyor.In order to solve the floated chain problem,a new scraper with two slot ends was designed for the scraper conveyor.The circle chains could be installed in the two end slots of the scraper in order to clean out the corner coal between the circle chain and the pan side as well as the pan floor.The top and low two sides of the scraper would have the rear corner coal left and when the scraper conveyor was in operation,the scraper could clean out the coal on the pan floor,under the chain and the two sides of the scraper.Also the coal on the chain moving way could be cleaned out.Thus the floated chain phenomenon could be eliminated and the completed scraper conveyor could be ensured to have a long and reliable operation.
