Objective To investigate the effect of cisplatin combined with deoxy-azacytidine(DAC) on proliferation and apoptosis of triple-negative breast cancer cell.Methods Triple-negative breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231 for the study were divided into A,B,C group.Group A:MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 5.0 μmol·L-1DAC processing 48 h.Group B:MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with 10μmol·L-1cisplatin treatment 48 h.Group C:MDA-MB-231 cells48 h treatment with 5.0 μmol·L-1DAC combined with 10 μmol·L-1cisplatin.The cell proliferation rate and apoptosis rate were measured by MTT and flow cytometry flow cytometry assay.Results The cell proliferation was significant inhibit in three groups(P 0.05) with the group C higher than group A and B(P 0.05).And the apoptosis rate in group C was significant higher than group A and B(P 0.05).Conclusion Cisplatin combined with deoxy-azacytidine can inhibit the proliferation and promote the apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell line.
