The estimation of the production amount of animal manure and its environmental effect in China

The production amount of animal manure of cultivation industry in China was estimated through the estimation methods of yearly discharge amount of animal manure and the determination of excretion parameter of animal manure, and the environmental effect produced from this was evaluated. The production of animal manure of this industry in the year 2003 in China totaled 31.9 billion tons, which was 3.2 times of industrial solid waste in this year. The average cropland load of animal manure and its N, P pure nutrient were 24.2t/hm2, N 107.3kg/hm2 and P 29kg/hm2. The animal cultivation industry of particial region had formed the pollution of the region.
