Introduction: The patient is a female who presented with a ''gap between the upper front teeth persisting for over 2 years.'' She denied any systemic medical history, family history, or drug allergies. Case description: Recession of the gingival papillae to the gingival margin was observed between teeth 11, 12, 21, and 22, with triangular gaps of approximately 2–3 mm near the gingival margin. Periodontal probing revealed attachment loss. Diagnostic Methods** Based on medical history, clinical examination, and radiographic findings. Treatment Resin-based minimally invasive aesthetic restoration was performed using the Bioclear black triangle matrix technique, followed by precise polishing. Clinical Outcome Follow-up visits at 3, 6, and 12 months post-restoration showed no patient-reported discomfort, with good functional and aesthetic outcomes. Discussion: Advantages of Non-Invasive Resin Aesthetic Restoration: 1. No need to grind down the affected teeth. 2. Highly polished resin restores aesthetics while ensuring patient comfort. 3. For patients with periodontal disease, even if the filling detaches or a post-restoration ''black triangle'' reappears due to periodontal issues, the original filling can be removed and reapplied without compromising tooth health. Conclusion/clinical significance: Both patients opted for non-invasive resin aesthetic restoration to close the anterior gaps. This non-invasive resin restoration method is highly flexible, causes no discomfort before or after the procedure, and is less prone to detachment since the filling is not in high-stress areas. Even if detachment occurs, the restoration can be reapplied repeatedly, making it a popular choice among patients.
