摘要
Ceramic composite brake discs are widely used to improve the fatigue performance of brake discs. It is discussed that the relationship between the rotational speed and the number of working cycles of the brake disc in non-metallic composite automobiles. The wheel rotational speed significantly affects the fatigue life of the vehicle brake disc. The vehicle is braked at high speed, the number of working cycles of the brake disc is significantly reduced. The different characteristics of the brake temperature change at different speeds are considered. The rotational speed of the brake disc is considered in the fatigue life prediction model of the braking system. The model is proposed to analyze the temperature change and the life characteristics of the brake disc under different speed conditions. The comparison between simulated prediction and experimental data is made to verify the reliability of the model. It is considered that the temperature change of the brake disc under different working conditions, the relationship between brake disc speed and temperature is derived. The fitting curve of the relationship between brake disc speed and cycle life is established, and the fitting results are verified by simulation.
