摘要
The investigation of the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Clerodendranthus spicatus (Thunb.) C.Y.Wu obtained the isolation of nineteen compounds.Their structures were determined as 5-hydroxy-7,3′,4′-trimethoxyflavone(1),salvigenin(2),5-hydroxy-6,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavone(3),eupatrin(4),3′-hydroxy-5,7,8,4′-tetramethoxyflavone(5),isosinensetin(6),astragalin(7),isoquercetrin(8),caffeic acid(9),p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde(10),p-hydroxy-benzoic acid(11),protocatechuic aldehyde(12),protocatechuic acid(13),3,4-dihydroxyphenacyl alcohol(14),rosmanic acid(15),rosmanic acid ethyl ester(16),esculetin(17),neoorthosiphol A (18) and β-stiosterol(19).Rosmanic acid and others phenolic compounds may be related to the effects of antibacterial and antiinflammation.
